Keeping Our Community Safe

Temporary changes in response to COVID-19

All CM City locations will be making operational changes to comply with local and federal mandates and keep our employees and customers safe in the wake of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. You can read more about our response below. If you have any more questions, please contact your local CM City location.

Store Safety

The health and safety of our employees, customers, and their families comes first. While we are still open for business at this time, changes to store hours and store closures may occur. We are closely monitoring mandates from each city in which we reside.

We're practicing:
• Stricter cleaning procedures of store surfaces

• Good hygiene, meaning and increase of frequent and appropriate hand washing throughout the day

• Stay at home measures for any employee who feels sick

We ask that any customer who feels sick to stay home and get in contact with their local CM City.

Payments

We encourage all customers to take advantage of over-the-phone payments. Simply call your local CM City and a representative will walk you though the process.

To limit person to person contact, we are also offering payment pick-up, at no additional cost to you. You will receive a call stating a CM City employee is at your residence to pick up a payment. Leave your payment outside your door, and our employees will leave a receipt and confirm your payment.

Additionally, customers can still pay via curbside at their local CM City location. Customers are allowed in store one at a time, and only if necessary.

Product Delivery & Service

We are still delivering and servicing products to customers at this time.

Products will be delivered or picked up on a "door threshold" basis. This means we will bring your items to the door, but not enter your home.

Exceptions will be made to the "door threshold" policy on a case by case basis. In the event an exception is made for you, we ask that customers remain a safe distance from employees to limit exposure.

Thank you for your

patience and understanding.

We pray for the health and safety of your families, and we look forward to returning to normal operations as soon as possible.

For the good of our communities, it's important that everyone do their part!
